We clean exterior surfaces using a two-step approach:
Exterior surfaces are prone to hosting atmospheric organisms called biofilm which cause surfaces to stain, discolour and look unsightly. Biofilms can include algae, lichen, mould and moss, to name a few. Apart from looking ugly, they can have a detrimental and damaging effect on the surface if left untreated.
Traditionally, the most common option has been to use pressure (jet) washing to wash away the contaminants, but this only offers short-term superficial results! Why? Jet washing alone will not kill the living organism down to its root. By blasting the ‘live’ spores into the air, it can rapidly spread the problem as they land and recolonise on surrounding surfaces.
Using Pressure (jet) washing and Soft Washing
First, we wash the surface to remove surface soils. Next we apply our Soft wash solution to kill the biofilm and leave the formula to dwell. Lastly we rinse the surface to with a light wash which achieves better, longer lasting results.

Driveway Cleaning

A driveway is the first thing people see when arriving at your home or business. Apart from the aesthetics, it is essential to maintain your driveway to avoid deterioration from exposure to the elements and general wear and tear.
Attempting to clean your driveway yourself using a domestic machine is a laborious, messy task which rarely achieves great results. Furthermore, pressure washing surfaces indefinitely will also degrade the surface over time.

Our 4 Stage Process

- First we treat any visible oil stains, moss or biofilm that may have colonised on the surface.

- After the treatments have taken effect, we use a powerful Honda pressure washer to clean the block paving.

- The block paving is left to dry out over 3-5 days (depending on weather conditions).

- Once sufficiently dry, we use ‘kiln dried’ sand to re-sand the joints.
Afterwards, we offer you ‘best practice’ advice to help you safely maintain your paving or alternatively, we can discuss a tailored maintenance package where we will periodically return to clean the surface and top up the seal to keep it looking as fresh as the day it was laid.

Patio Cleaning & Sealing
Remove lichen, algae and moss growth
Patios and driveways are an expensive investment and it does not take long for them to start looking soiled and lose their ‘newly laid’ appearance. To keep them looking their best requires periodic professional maintenance.
Usually they are made from porous materials so if they are located in a damp area which gets low sun exposure, very quickly they can go green with algae and moss growth.
When biofilm such as algae builds up on the surface, it can become slippery and very dangerous!

Imprinted Concrete Cleaning, Sealing & Colour Restoration
Reseal, Repair and Recolour
Although imprinted concrete is a very hard wearing, durable surface, it does require ongoing professional maintenance to keep it looking its best and may require re-sealing and possibly re-colouring over time.
If your imprinted concrete has cracks that need repair, we can fill the cracks with a cement and mortar (with colour) repair compound. Filling large cracks will make them look less visible.
We offer a premium sealer for imprinted concrete that comes in three finishes; gloss, silk and matt.
Need an anti-slip surface? No problem, we can mix an anti-slip additive into the concrete sealer to make the surface less slippery once sealed.
