Darren and his team were professional and friendly. I’ve had my carpets ‘cleaned’ before but never had results like this. It wasn’t an easy job but Darren and team took it in their stride. Couldn’t recommend more. You truly do pay for what you get.

Our Carpet Cleaning Process
Our deep cleaning method extracts dirt, grit, bacteria, pollens and stains from the fibres leaving them soft to the touch and hygienically clean. It might seem a lot of work but we carry out these steps to provide you with the WOW factor when you walk into your home.
We measure the area(s) to offer you a quote based on the measurement. The survey is a great opportunity for you to meet us so we can answer any questions you may have and highlight any areas of concern.
We are happy to move a few items but it would be helpful if the areas are clear before we arrive. This will save time and enable us to leave you to enjoy your new environment sooner.
We use a twin vacuum commercial-grade machine. Dry soil removal is 80% of the cleaning process and must not be skipped!
We use a comprehensive Professional Spotting Kit with a selection of cutting edge solutions to remove most spots and stains.

Apply a cleaning agent (suitable for the fibre type) to break down soils from the fibres.
We use a specialist machine fitted with contra-rotating nylon brushes to gently work the cleaning agent deep into the carpet pile. This crucial step agitates the fibres, loosening embedded dirt, oils, and allergens, and suspending them for effective extraction.
Skipping this stage compromises results — thorough agitation ensures the cleaning solution reaches every fibre and prepares the carpet for a truly transformative clean.

Once soils have been loosened and suspended, we perform a thorough rinse using super-heated steam. This step flushes out contaminants and cleaning agents, leaving your carpet fresh, residue-free, with rapid drying results.
We’ve invested in one of the most advanced van mounted extraction systems available — designed specifically for rinsing, not cleaning. That distinction matters: rinsing removes residues, while cleaning happens in earlier steps (vacuuming, pre-conditioning, and agitation).
Why proper rinsing matters
If detergent is left behind — especially by underpowered domestic or hire machines — it acts like a magnet for dirt, causing rapid re-soiling. That’s why we never skip this step and never compromise on equipment.
Industry Warning
Unfortunately, poor practice is common. Some operators put detergent directly into the extraction machine and scrub with the wand — overwetting carpets and leaving residues that take days to dry.
We don’t do that. Our method mirrors best practice:
Think of it like washing your hair — you wouldn’t put shampoo in your shower head and scrub with the nozzle. You apply it directly, massage it in, then rinse thoroughly.
Important Note:
Some providers claim 100% stain removal, but it simply can’t be guaranteed. Results depend on the stain type, carpet fibre, how long it’s been there, and any DIY treatments. Most stains can be fully removed or visibly reduced — but we’ll always give you an honest assessment.
The key benefits of our carpet cleaning service
Important Note:
Domestic and low-powered carpet cleaners may seem cost-effective but are in fact a false economy as they often leave behind sticky residues that attract dirt and pet hair — causing premature re-soiling and the need for another clean far sooner than expected.
Allergy Relief Through Expert Carpet Cleaning
Suffer from allergies? Your carpet could be part of the problem — and the solution. Carpets trap allergens like dust mites, pet dander, pollen, and mould spores, which can trigger sneezing, itchy eyes, and respiratory discomfort.
Our advanced cleaning process doesn’t just remove visible dirt — it targets deep-seated allergens using high-heat steam and powerful extraction. This leaves your carpet fresh, residue-free, and far less likely to aggravate allergy symptoms.
✅ Safe for asthma and allergy sufferers
✅ Removes pet hair, pollen, and dust mites at the source
✅ Thorough rinsing and extraction removing chemical residues
How often should you clean your carpets?
It depends on lifestyle, pets, and allergy sensitivity. Homes with children or pets may benefit from professional cleaning every 6–12 months. Allergy sufferers often notice a difference with seasonal cleans — especially during spring and autumn.
Did you know?
Over 44% of UK adults have at least one allergy, and carpets often trap common triggers like dust mites, pet dander, and pollen. Professional cleaning helps reduce allergens and improve indoor air quality — making it a smart choice for health, not just appearance.
